The philosophy and principles of the Stakeholders, Management and Staff of The Rose Lifestyle Village are:
To provide and maintain a state of the art residential village that values and enhances the lifestyle and health of its residents.
The role of Management and staff of the Village is to fulfil the needs, aims and objectives of residents by ensuring a caring, responsible approach to all, respecting their dignity, privacy and independence as individuals, enhancing their lifestyle by offering a diverse range of activities and entertainment, socialisation and recreation while mindful of individual health and well being and allowing at all times for personal abilities and preferences.
Our very first Units were constructed by Mildura's leading building developers Aljor Constructions in conjunction with Dolfen Developments, a prestigious and proudly locally owned company that has been in operation across the region for thirty years. They have built many of Mildura's major shops, factories and residential estates and are always looking for the next challenge and innovation to bring to the district.
