Your experienced Gardener/Maintenance Man may be contacted via the Gardening/Maintenance request book in the foyer or even in an emergency by mobile phone.

There are many convenient services provided for everyday living that are available from the Centre such as: Easy access to the resident Computer/Internet located in the Board Room, a large movie and literary library, local newspapers, free-to-home weekly papers, and advertising materials. Postage stamps, photocopying requirements, etc. can all be completed at the Community Centre free of cost.

As a resident, you may also book the Community Centre for your private function and use any of its many resources such as china, cutlery, and glassware free of charge. Perfect for Anniversaries, Birthdays etc.
